Shipping policy
Where is my order shipped from? All Jordan orders placed through ismodjo.com are dispatched from our strategically located warehouse facility in Amman.
Delivery duration. Subject to us verifying that you are 19 or over and once we have accepted your order, we will dispatch your item(s) the same day you place your order, and aim to deliver within 1-3 working days for Jordan orders depending on your location and service you have chosen, provided your order is placed before 1:00 pm Saturday to Thursday. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched. Any orders received after 1:00 PM from Thursday till Friday, will be dispatched on Saturday.

Regarding any orders completed after (the last time for completing the order for shipping), we will deal with them on the next business day For example, if you complete your order after 1:00 P.M. from Saturday evening, it will be shipped on Sunday, depending on your location within the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. If you complete your order after 1:00 P.M on Thursday, it will be shipped on Saturday.
Order values over 10.00 JD will be entitled to FREE delivery (Depending on destination and service - this option if available will be visible at checkout)

- Delays due to COVID 19
Delivery restrictions. We require a person over the age of 19 to sign for the delivery. Without this, we cannot complete the delivery and you may be refunded. Our customer service team will contact you to create a new order if delivery is not possible. Delivery timings may change. If your order is delayed, we’ll keep you updated with a new estimated time of arrival. If delivery is delayed by more than 7 working days, you may contact us to cancel the order and we will happily refund you any money paid.

Covid Delays
Due to the greatly increased volumes of online orders and the increased COVID-19 restrictions in place, our delivery companies are experiencing a significant uptake of parcels. In addition to this some departments may experience staff shortages due to potential self-isolations and limited resources as a result of the socially distanced measures put in place to ensure the safety of staff. Despite their best efforts, some customers may experience slightly longer than expected delays than the usual expected service.
